The Vehicles
We offer brand new 2025 Toyota Hilux SR 4WD camper vehicles. They are purpose built for remote travel and fitted out for comfort, safety and off grid capability across Western Australia.
Toyota Hilux Dual Cabs can seat up to 5 adults. Crew Cabs have jump sets in the rear and can seat 4 people. The rooftop tent sleeps two adults comfortably, and additional off ground sleeping options can be provided.
Our campers are brand new, lightweight, fully equipped and designed specifically for Western Australia. We focus on comfort, reliability and safety so you can travel confidently and enjoy the freedom of off grid exploration.
What’s Included
Each vehicle comes fully equipped with a hard shell rooftop tent, complete kitchen setup, fridge, powered shower, water supply, solar panels, lithium battery system, camping furniture, GPS navigation, satellite communication, safety equipment and recovery gear. Everything you need is included so there is no need to bring additional camping gear.
Yes. We provide two large brand new sleeping bags that can be joined together. The sleeping bags can be kept by the hirer if desired, so you do not need to worry about cleanliness or bringing your own. Pillows, linen and towels are also provided. For extra travellers or kids we can provide sleeping bags at cost.
You only need personal items, clothing and food. All camping, cooking and sleeping equipment is already included in the vehicle.
Camping Comfort & Setup
The hard shell rooftop tent is designed for speed and simplicity. It can be fully set up in around 30 seconds and includes a fixed ladder and safety handles, with no canvas or complicated poles.
Yes. All cooking equipment is supplied, including a stove and BBQ, cookware, plates, cups, cutlery and utensils. Everything is durable and chosen to handle red dust and remote conditions.
Yes, a good size 60 Litres slide out fridge keeps your food fresh and your drinks cold.
Each camper includes a powered shower and 60 Litres water storage. In addition, 20 Litres of complimentary spring drinking water are also provided. Toilets are not built in. Most National Park camping areas have basic toilet facilities but no potable water.
Off-Grid Capability
Yes. Our campers are designed specifically for off grid travel and remote conditions. They carry large water and gas supplies, reliable power systems and safety equipment to support extended stays away from towns and services.
The vehicles are fitted with a high quality stove and BBQ powered by a 4kg gas bottle, along with solar panels and a lithium battery system. This setup supports long stays off grid without relying on small disposable gas canisters.
Navigation & Safety
Yes. Every vehicle includes a satellite communication device with two way messaging and SOS capability. This allows you to stay in touch or call for help in areas with no mobile phone coverage.
We supply Garmin Tread GPS units with Hema maps, including road, off road and topographic mapping to help you navigate confidently in remote areas.
Yes. All vehicles include a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, recovery equipment, jump starter and two spare tyres. Safety is a priority in every hire.
Where You Can Travel
Yes. The vehicles are designed for unsealed roads and remote tracks commonly found in Western Australia. However, extremely difficult or unsafe conditions should be avoided, and you should always drive to the conditions.
Driving on legal, gazetted beaches is generally allowed where conditions are safe. Saltwater damage must be avoided, and local regulations must always be followed.
Travel in certain extremely remote and difficult areas such as the Simpson Desert where any vehicle recovery would be extremely difficult are not allowed. Seasonal and weather restrictions apply in Northern areas (dirt roads can be un-passable) – please see the Terms and Conditions
Hire Period, Kilometres & Collection
Yes. A minimum hire period of seven days applies to all bookings.
No. All hires include unlimited kilometres, allowing you to explore freely without watching the odometer.
Vehicles can be collected in Perth or delivered to where you are staying. Collection and return details are confirmed during booking.
Yes. Vehicle delivery can be arranged to your Perth accomodation, airport area or another agreed location for a fee of $60 making it easy for you to start your trip.
Security Deposit, Insurance & Returns
A security deposit of $3,500 AUD is required. This is pre authorised against your credit card prior to pickup and no funds are taken if the vehicle is returned clean and undamaged.
Return the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition, free from damage. Once checked, the security deposit pre authorisation is released with no additional charges.
Insurance is included as part of the hire. Full details of coverage and excess are provided during booking so you understand your responsibilities before departure.
Toyota Hilux vehicles are chosen for their reliability. In the unlikely event of an issue, contact us as soon as possible and follow the instructions provided during your briefing.

Pets
Pets and other domestic animals are generally not permitted in WA and other Australian National Parks. While exceptions exist for certified assistance animals, bringing pets into prohibited areas can result in fines and endangers them due to native predators and fox baiting (1080).
